I needed to replace my garage door motor and old chain drive. I reached out to Laurent Overhead Door Systems and they reviewed motor options with me and offered a great spring time deal. Dave came out and did a professional removal and installation of the new motor and quiet belt drive. He also came out and replaced the bottom door seal. Great folks to work with!

Preserving the old world! We have a garage door that was installed by Laurent over 50+ years ago. It still has old pulley hardware and wavy glass panes. Snapped one of two garage door springs. Called Laurent to see if they were available and they showed up the next day. Two very nice service guys came out, took some measurements and left to fabricate two new springs. They returned within an hour and installed the two new springs, adjusted the tension, adjusted the drive chain and also adjusted the torque switch setting on the motor. Took maybe 3 hours total and the garage door has never sounded so quiet and run so smooth. I'm very happy I choose Laurent.

I know a Southern accent when I hear one! And that’s Randy. Deep South. Randy has an impressive working knowledge of all facets that involve Laurent’s Overhead Door Systems: things like blue tooth, wifi, belt drives (ceiling mounts), jackshaft (wall mounts), lights and much much more. He listened to what we wanted and was instrumental in directing us to exactly what we needed to get the job done. That in and of itself made this process easy for us. When you get to know what’s behind the Laurent name, and the history behind it, you start to grasp the value it has as a long standing, time-tested, superior product. That, coupled with his understanding of how the mechanics of the whole system works, makes him an invaluable member of the team.
