Randy placed my order, and Don and Brandon did the installation. All 3 are professional, hard workers, polite and SO easy to talk to. I really can't say enough about these 3 guys, and the quality of my new panels. I recommend Laurent Door 100%. You won't regret calling them!

Great product, poor communication.
Sales person (possibly owner) was communicative, knowledgeable, polite etc. mentioned they May be able to have it in as early as the next week but probably the week after. Didn't hear anything for over a month as I stared at the empty opening day after day. So I got ticked and sent an email to cancel the door. His initial email was very polite but brushed me off. I escalated it until it made him feel as inconvenienced as I had felt. Fantastic/clean installation.

We apologize that your order was not handled as quickly as you had expected but the order was placed with Elite Door and due to financial challenges and an inability to release the materials from the supply house, Ryan at Elite had Laurent Door Systems take over the project (honoring the deposit given) to satisfy the order. Once in our hands it was expedited and completed as quickly as possible.Excellent
