I went back into the garage and was surprised to see that the tortion spring on my garage door had broken ! I immediatly called Laurent Door and being after hours spoke with Randy who told me how and why it had happened and that they could get a crew out to me on Monday morning. The crew arrived when they said they would and immediatly took care of replaceing the spring .GREAT job
