I have reached out to him expressing my concern and never acknowledged my email. However, my husband reached out to him and he said that the door is the same color as the sample. That was it. He is a typical sales guy looking to make his commission.

I immediatly called Laurent Door and being after hours spoke with Randy who told me how and why it had happened and that they could get a crew out to me on Monday morning.
