I was having trouble programing the opener in my car and thought the battery might be the problem. A technician there and explained to me the steps to programing, including a need to activate a button on lift motor. I went home and followed the instructions with success. Thanks

On the morning of the install I received a call from a very rude installer complaining the driveway wasn't plowed and he would have to carry everything to the garage door. The installer told me he needed to call the office for direction. I never heard back from him or the office. When I went to the site several days later I could see he had no problem backing to the garage door through the 2-3 inches of snow. I wish I could attach a picture showing his tire tracks
